Preparation in the oven

Spread the frozen product in one layer on a baking tray and bake it at approx. 200 °C for at least 18 minutes until a golden yellow colour. After half of the baking time turn the product over. Avoid over-frying and/or over-baking. When preparing smaller quantities, the cooking time should be reduced.

Preparation in the deep fryer

Fill the fryer-basket half way with deep frozen product. Deep fry for approx. 3,5 minutes with oil at 170 –175 °C until a golden yellow colour. When preparing smaller quantities, the cooking time should be reduced.
